Before Payment / Payment Completed: At this stage, the order has not yet been passed to the seller. Once you request cancellation, it will be completed immediately.
- Preparing for Delivery: If the seller has not yet shipped the product, the cancellation will be completed. However, if the shipping process has already started, the cancellation request may be rejected.
- In Transit / Delivered: At this stage, the delivery process has been completed and cancellation requests are restricted. You may apply for a return after receiving the product.
