CS Staff can check the application and issuance status on the BC admin screen.
1. Post-issuance: BC Card is delivered by postal delivery (takes 2-3 weeks). The delivery person will contact the customer before the visit, and the customer's signature and card activation are required upon receipt of the card.
2. Domestic issuance: Delivered via Hanjin Express from the 4th floor card issuance office (takes 2-3 days).
3. Overseas issuance: For Korean addresses, it is delivered via Hanjin Express, and card activation is required. For overseas addresses, it is delivered via EMS (Express Mail Service) every Friday. (Except for the PH)
