- The holiday cancellation fees apply from two days before the holiday to the day after (applicable to Seollal and Chuseok).
- The cancellation fees for Express Buses and Intercity Buses are mostly identical. However, there is a specific rule for Intercity Buses: a 40% fee applies for cancellations made within 1 hour after departure.
- Booking Service Fee Refund Policy:
If you cancel a reservation before the ticket is issued, the booking service fee is only refundable up to 2 days before the departure date. After this period, the fee is non-refundable.
