- Cancellation fees are calculated based on the date of cancellation, not the exact time.
- The holiday cancellation fees apply from two days before the holiday to the day after (for Seollal and Chuseok)
- If you buy a ticket on the day of departure, no cancellation fee will be charged if you cancel within 1 hour of purchase.
(However, once the bus has departed, cancellation fees will apply regardless of when the ticket was purchased.)
