Cancellation Request - 1
① and ② Both buttons 1 and 2 will take you to the cancellation page.
Clicking the button will direct you to the cancellation screen for the selected ticket.
Cancellation Request - 2
① Select the checkbox corresponding to the ticket to be canceled.
② Select the reason for cancellation from the cancellation reason drop-down.
③ Check the estimated cancellation and refund information.
④ Agree to the terms and conditions of the cancellation policy.
⑤ After selecting all items from 1 to 4, press the request cancellation button.
Cancellation Request - 3
① Ticket cancellation completed.
